June 14-18, 2027
4 Nights • 5 Days
Alto Paraíso
Portugal

An all-inclusive well-being retreat to slow down, restore, and reconnect with yourself.
The Art of Living Well is an all-inclusive well-being retreat designed to help you slow down, restore, reconnect, and rediscover the simple practices that help us feel well — in body, mind, and spirit.
Step away from the pace and demands of everyday life and give yourself five days to be genuinely cared for.
At Alto Paraíso, everything is thoughtfully created to support the art of living well — from nourishing, garden-fresh food and restorative practices to time in nature, meaningful connection, creativity, and space simply to be.
